Attendees at our Adobe Workfront Embedded Webinar in late July 2022 had so many good questions about software adoption management, digital transformation analytics, and the functionality of JumpSeat embedded in Workfront, that we couldn’t get to all of them. Does JumpSeat work across multiple applications?
Yes, JumpSeat is unique in that it sits on top of applications and knits workflows together through seamless steps in JumpSeat guides.
What type of applications does JumpSeat work with?
JumpSeat supports all browser-based applications.
Does JumpSeat capture adoption analytics?
Yes, JumpSeat can share user analytics with your team in the core application as well as within JumpSeat. We offer all types of adoption and process-related analytics. For example, we provide high level user and workflow adoption data as well as details about the time it takes to execute each step of a guide.
Can JumpSeat and the Guides be set up for different roles/personas?
Yes, JumpSeat is a role-based solution and is modeled to match your organizational structure to ensure that the right people have the right guides.
Does JumpSeat have limitations on the number of Guides, Wayfinders, Notifications or Quizzes that can be created?
There are no limitations on the aforementioned.
How is JumpSeat priced?
It is priced based on user count, and there are additional implementation and guide creation services that are offered once your goals are understood.
Is there a Trial version of JumpSeat?
