  1. Enter your JumpSeat URL
  2. The JumpSeat URL can be found on your extension icon           
  3. Example JumpSeat URL:  https://{mycompanyname}.jumpseat.io
  4. Enter the JumpSeat integration token.  You can find this on the Configuration page.  Scroll up to the upper right-hand corner.  
  5. Example JumpSeat Token:  e8a1618892db……546225b5f3e76b
  6. Click Test Configuration
  7. Choose if you want the integration to be Active or Inactive
